ABOUT ME
KATHRYN BARROW, LCSW, CHt
For the past several years, I have dedicated myself to continuous personal and professional growth, with a deep passion for helping others achieve the same. Recognizing the increasing mental health challenges faced by the general public, coupled with limited and often costly resources, I have expanded my services to reach and support more individuals.
As a mental health clinician, I have developed practical, convenient, and affordable services to address anxiety and it's root cause. I am deeply committed to facilitating deep inner healing, enabling clients to release negative thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and core beliefs that no longer serve them through Hypnotherapy and Age Regression Interventions.
Hypnotherapy offers my clients a holistic approach to mental health wellness, providing an effective means to achieve inner healing. This modality has been scientifically proven to deliver quicker and longer-lasting results compared to traditional therapy or counseling services. In fact, studies show that one Hypnotherapy session is equivalent to 6 traditional therapy sessions.
Currently, I offer all my services virtually, ensuring accessibility and convenience for my clients. By equipping them with essential tools and knowledge, I aim to create a positive impact on their lives. My approach is heavily centered on providing comprehensive mental health education to empower my clients.
I hold a Bachelor's of Arts degree from the University of Montana and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Walla Walla University. After obtaining my license in clinical social work (LCSW), I began my career working primarily with children and adolescents in the Flathead Valley. After three years in agency settings, I felt a strong desire to make a more significant impact and decided to open my private practice.
My mission is to help women overcome the core issues of their anxiety and trauma, enabling them to live happier and more fulfilling lives. In collaboration with my clients, we focus on increasing knowledge, learning effective tools, identifying triggers, processing and releasing negative core beliefs and emotions, developing positive coping skills, and incorporating mindfulness into daily routines. These comprehensive therapeutic services allow for a deeper understanding and processing of anxiety, trauma, and negative core beliefs, ultimately unlocking their full potential."
