HYPNOTHERAPY AND INTEGRATIVE COACHING

Hypnosis is a tool, used to help us realign with ourselves, and our soul. Oftentimes, Hypnotherapy alone is moderately beneficial and can be used complimentary to other therapeutic services or practices. Hypnotherapy allows for new perspectives and enlightenment; offering individuals the opportunity to make lasting positive changes to their lives through altered thoughts, emotions, core beliefs, actions, behaviors and the healing of trauma.  

As a Certified Hypnotherapist, my approach is to first, establish a trusting rapport and relationship. The initial assessment is typically an hour and a half to 2 hours in length. During this session, I focus on gathering relevant information, an in-depth understanding of your past and current challenges, most dominant emotions, as well as any trauma that could directly correlate to your current challenges. From there I offer clients education, coping skills, insight and healing through hypnotic interventions. As a team, we establish goals for your treatment that best fit your current needs; allowing for flexibility as your needs may change throughout the therapeutic process. If time allows, I lead client's into a short relaxing trance state in which they can experience hypnosis without the pressure or expectations of fully processing.  

​This initial session enables the provider the opportunity to determine the best course of action moving forward with your treatment. Generally, a minimum of six sessions is recommended for optimal effectiveness. Though, you will never feel pressured to schedule future sessions if you decide this approach does not meet your needs.

 

INITIAL ASSESSMENT:  1.5-2 hours

Includes assessment, establishment of goals, discussion of challenges, emotions, and desired outcome.   

INDIVIDUAL HYPNOTHERAPY: 1-1.5 hours

Discussion of changes and insight since prior session, hypnosis and post hypnotic verbal processing discussion. 

VIRTUAL HYPNOTHERAPY WORKSHOPS:

$100

What you get: 

4 modules, each module including one pre-recorded hypnosis recording, varying amounts of mental health education, processing support, tools, resources and the opportunity to experience inner healing and lasting changes.

Each module will take roughly an hour to an hour and a half in length to complete. The hypnosis recordings are each (approx 30 minutes to one hour in length). 

Each workshop is topic/condition specific and structured based on need. ie. Anxiety, depression, trauma, teens, confidence, self-esteem, etc.

The "All Encompassing Virtual Hypnosis Experience" workshop is a great pleace to start! This workshop is more broad and created to be versatile and appropriate for all individuals looking to try out Hypnotherapy services.
