BASIC COMMUNICATION VIRTUAL WORKSHOP

For all skill levels & ages

Understand the components of communication, unique personalities, love languages, empathetic awareness, active listening, primary and secondary emotions, body language and other useful information so learners can develop into a more effective communicator. 

Anxiety workshop enrollment include a free 30 minute individualized consultation session. Contact Kathryn to schedule before, during or after you have completed the workshop to get personalized support, guidance and insight. Additional consultations only $25 for a 30 minute session.

IN PERSON CONSULTATION, TOOLS, RESOURCES AND SUPPORT

You or someone you love suffering from anxiety?! Learn the key components of anxiety, how it presents, what it looks like internally and externally as well as its impact on the brain. In addition, learn ways to increase mindfulness of triggers and discover tools to manage and or overcome anxiety in this one time, hour and a half long session.
